A taste of Gower

We’ve got a word for taste in Welsh. Blas. And whatever time of year you choose to stay at Bryn-y-môr Cottage, you can be sure that Gower’s pubs and restaurants are open for business to give you a distinctive flavour of the peninsula’s food and hospitality.

Within walking distance of the cottage are Eddy’s Cafe at Hillend, with informal beachside ambiance, and the local pub in the village, The Kings Head which serves great pub grub and beers.

A 10 minute drive takes you to either The King Arthur Hotel, an award-winning country inn with atmosphere and charm on the village green at Reynoldston or to the award winning The Britannia Inn in the village of Llanmaddoc

If you’re looking to spoil yourselves, then don’t miss a night at the Michelin Starred The Beach House Restaurant overlooking the stunning Oxwich Bay on the south side of the peninsula.

Whatever the weather, you can enjoy local produce with a twist and spectacular views from your table.
